Villa Xavante della Solaia is a typical Tuscan farmhouse close to a small rural hamlet, Immersed in the green hills of the Tuscan countryside, with a swimming pool and an olive grove. House completely restored and divided into two areas. One area is the main villa and the other has been divided into 4 independent apartments, for holiday.
There are four apartments: QUARCIGLIONI, PALAZZO, CONTRA AND CERBAIA with independent entrances, and they all feature a large kitchen/living room with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The entrance to Villa Xavante della Solaia has a private driveway that leads to the car park.
The outdoor spaces are well cared for in every detail, with a large garden and a park that has productive olive trees (about 250) surrounding the pool. The view is fantastic.
The location of the home is not isolated yet at the same time completely private. It is just 30 minutes from Siena (36 km) and it lies within the Farma Natural Reserve. Villa Xavante della Solaia is an ideal place to stay when planning day visits to visit some of the most charming locales and villages in Tuscany: Monteriggioni and Montalcino (both about 50 km away) can be reached in about three quarters of an hour by car; Volterra and Pienza (about 75 km away) are an hour and twenty minute drive, and in just an hour and a half you can visit Florence.
